Access your contacts, sales leads, activities, and much more from your mobile device.  B-Logix’ mobile app works directly with your data on the cloud, allowing access to your data from anywhere, on any device. Perform nearly every action you might need, as B-Logix’s mobile app supports nearly ever feature available in the web application.  This mobile app covers 4 of the CRM apps: customers, contacts, leads, and opportunities.

All data stored in the B-Logix mobile app is completely segregated from the personal area of the device, making it a perfect fit for this BYOD era.

When accessing the app, the first thing that appears is your main agenda.  All reminders scheduled from the website will be immediately available, so you’ll never miss a follow up.  Quickly set new reminders on the go, and have everything ready for you when you get back to your desk.

The following features are available in this app:

News feed -  A complete list of activities currently going on in the business.  Presented in the style of a social media feed, making it easy to stay in the loop.

Calendar - Your typical calendar feature to track events & appointments

Call Log - Ability to view past logged calls from the CRM, and also includes click-to-call capabilities.

Tasks -  Easily manage all of the tasks you need to perform, or need to assign to other employees.  Tasks are stored separately from your calendar events, allowing easy prioritization.

Follow Ups - Very similar to the calendar feature, a follow up is a great way to quickly set a reminder to contact sometime on a certain day.

Emails - Built in IMAP email integration, automatically view an email history with any contact in the system, and even send emails out directly from your mobile app.

Leads - Quickly take down the details of a new prospect and add them to the leads app, then set an activity, and never miss another follow up.

Opportunities - Manage your sales pipeline on the go.  Track every potential business deal you have on the table, and focus on the deals that will have the biggest impact to your bottom line.

Contacts - Every person you interact with can be stored in a central database of contacts, along with their complete communication history and other basic details.  Choose exactly what details you want to store about each contact in the web app.

Customers - Keep track of existing customers, and if they are businesses, the list of contacts that you have working for that customer.  Every action you take can link back to this app, so you get a true 360 degree view of all activities for any customer.

This app is available in App Store to download for free, but users will need to be on the paid plan in order to use the App.
